In a few weeks is the wedding, the outfit is ready, the piece is as good as rehearsed, what remains is only the wedding gift! What canyou buy to the couple? Here are some suggestions:
There are no strict rules like what is the value of wedding gifts. Always try to buy something that you really know that the couple will be happy to have. You may have a very good taste, but it is more important that the taste of the bride and groom is pleased (and it can be a really bad taste!).
Not sure about the taste of the couple? Buy a voucher or credit. Maybe something less personal, but the couple can then at least pick something that they like.
Homemade coupons are fun to give (think of a dinner, a trip to the spa, musical or something like that), but make sure that it actually perform after the wedding. It would be quite silly if the date of voucher is before the wedding (and believe us, it happens more often than you think!).
Group gifts are always popular. The couple has a special wish? Together with some friends buy a larger gift. Perhaps the master of ceremonies could take the lead here, you could get this message from him or her.
Does the couple have a gift list? Buy something from the list and do not try to be original because they have made this list for a reason.
Luxury ‘spoil’ gifts are always good.
When you go to the wedding, make sure you bring something nice for the couple. However, it is certainly not required, but a nice card is always a nice gift and a memory.
